$1.5 Million Settlement for Somerset County Auto Litigation

RAM Law Partner Ed Rebenack settles Somerset County auto litigation for $1,500,000. The RAM Law client was rear-ended by another vehicle in Hopewell, NJ, resulting in neck and low back injuries. The back injuries required multiple surgical procedures to correct the damage and manage the client’s pain. The client lost wages and incurred substantial medical expenses. Initially the Defendant contended that the car accident was not severe enough to cause the extent of the client’s claimed injuries. However, the Defendant’s insurance company agreed to pay $1.5 million to avoid trial.
