RAM Law Obtains $995,000 Settlement of Somerset County Litigation

RAM Law attorneys Ed Rebenack and Tyler Hall obtained a $995,000 settlement for fatal injuries suffered by a tow truck operator in Somerset County. The RAM Law client was cleaning debris on the shoulder of a multi-lane highway. An oncoming vehicle inexplicably left the roadway and struck the client at highway speed. The settlement was obtained through the coverage of the driver’s vehicle and the underinsured motorist benefits of the tow company.
