$80,000 Settlement for Motor Vehicle Accident Victim

RAM Law Partner, Jay Mascolo, obtains $80,000 settlement for a passenger in a motor vehicle accident on the eve of trial.  The RAM Law client was a front seat passenger in a car that was rear-ended by another vehicle while stopped sustained significant damage.  She sustained injuries to her knee, neck and low back.

She was taken by ambulance to the emergency room and underwent a course of medical treatment consisting of chiropractic care, orthopedic care and pain management treatment.  She ultimately underwent a microdiscectomy surgery in her low back due to a herniated disc that pre-existed and was aggravated as a result of the motor vehicle accident.  The case settled one week prior to trial.
