Ed Rebenack and Matt Bonanno Obtained a $326,000 Verdict for a Client Injured in Rear-End Accident

RAM Law attorneys, Ed Rebenack and Matt Bonanno obtained a $326,000 jury verdict for a client injured when the vehicle in which he was riding was rear-ended by a pickup truck. As a result of the collision, the client suffered spinal injuries, ultimately requiring neck surgery.  The defendant denied that the surgery was related to the injuries suffered in the collision, but was the result of a pre-existing injury. The defendant argued that the client only suffered a mild sprain of his neck and back. After four days of trial, the jury returned a $326,000 verdict in favor of our client.  The Defendant made a final offer before trial of $100,000.
