Howard Buckner Obtains $100,000 Settlement for an Injury in an Auto Accident

Howard Buckner, of counsel to the firm,  recently obtained a $100,000 settlement for his client who was injured in an auto accident, The client, who was a  passenger in a vehicle struck in the rear, suffered a fractured forearm which required surgery. The settlement represented the total insurance available from the defendant.
