Paul Brandenburg obtained $97,500 for a boy injured in a motor vehicle crash. The 11 year old was a passenger in a vehicle making a left turn when it was impacted. The client suffered a broken arm, broken tooth, and broken nose. No surgery was required. Both Defendants had minimal insurance policies, but the client was protected with $100,000 of UIM coverage.
