RAM Law Partner Jay Mascolo, Settles Slip and Fall Case at Apartment Complex for $170,000

RAM Law Partner, Jay Mascolo, settled a slip and fall case at an apartment complex for $170,000. The RAM Law client slipped and fell on a pool of water that had accumulated in her apartment unit.  The water leaked from the unit above hers onto her floor.  Suit was filed against the complex and the unit owner.  The client sustained a fractured hip which required surgery.  The case settled prior to trial.
