RAM Law Partner Matt Bonanno Settles $330,000

Matt Bonanno settles case for pedestrian struck by car for $330,000.  The RAM Law client was crossing the street when the light changed from red to green.  The driver of the car accelerated forward, striking the client.  The driver maintained that the client walked in front of his car.  The client underwent a spine surgery approximately two years after the collision.  The case settled prior to selecting a jury for trial.
