Matt Bonanno settles case for passenger in car struck from behind for $100,000 insurance policy limits. The RAM Law client was a passenger in her boyfriend’s car when they were struck from behind. The client suffered injuries to her neck and back which necessitated a pain management injection. The client was also recommended for surgery, which she elected not to undergo. The case settled prior to trial.
