RAM Law Partner Tyler Hall Obtains $300,000 Settlement for Teacher Injured in Car Crash on Way to School

RAM Law Partner Tyler Hall obtained $300,000 for Somerset County teacher injured in a car crash on her way to school. While the RAM Law client was stopped at a red light, another vehicle lost control and struck the front of the client’s vehicle. Surveillance video captured the crash. It showed one defendant traveling in excess of 20 mph over the speed limit as it approached the intersection. The other defendant tried to make a left turn in front of the speeding vehicle causing it to lose control and strike the client’s vehicle.  RAM’s client suffered a displaced fracture to her arm requiring emergency surgery with plates and screws. The client also suffered a nerve injury to her foot and underwent arthroscopic surgery. Both defendants contributed equally to the settlement.
