Rebenack Obtains $485,000 Settlement for Somerset County Litigation

RAM Law Partner Ed Rebenack obtained a $485,000 settlement for Somerset County car crash litigation. The RAM Law client was stopped at the bottom of a hill for a red light when struck from behind by the defendant. The defendant alleged that she could not avoid the collision due to the snow covered road. The crash resulted in neck injuries that required pain management treatment and ultimately a cervical fusion procedure. After fully litigating the case, the insurance company for the defendant agreed to pay $485,000 to settle the claims and avoid trial.
